The "SHOR" Party categorically rejects all the accusations brought against it by the investigative institutions and reiterates that the searches and files initiated on the name of the members of our political party are unfounded and aim at removing the "SHOR" Party from the political scene.
Both the information presented by the NAC and the General Prosecutor's Office, both through the press releases they transmit and the leaks of information in the close and affiliated PAS media, are false and cannot in any way be presented as evidence in the file.
The purpose of these fake videos and audio recordings is to put pressure on the "SHOR" Party and silence us. Moreover, the accusations brought are not true, the evidentiary support is speculative and illusory, and the criminal investigation body, having at hand many other measures to carry out criminal prosecution actions, chose the pre-trial detention in solitary confinement. This shows that the aim of the prosecutors is not to find out the truth, but to politically persecute the representatives of the "SHOR" Party and the MPs from the opposition.
We repeatedly appeal to diplomatic missions accredited in the Republic of Moldova, as well as to international organizations, to pay attention to what is happening in our country and to monitor in detail the actions of investigative institutions.
We reiterate that the action of the prosecutors is unfounded, and all these accusations have no chance before an independent body of justice.
